1. Program Description

KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Corp. ("KingdomKey") operates one text messaging program, KingdomKey Staffing Solutions Notifications. We use it to reach job applicants, healthcare professionals and facility partners about:

• Application status updates
• Interview scheduling and confirmations
• Shift assignments and scheduling reminders
• Credential expiration reminders
• General staffing placement communications

This is a conversational and notification program. We do not send marketing, promotional or advertising text messages, and we do not send text messages to anyone who has not given us their number and agreed to be texted.

2. How You Opt In

You opt in by ticking a box. Every public form on our website that asks for your own mobile number carries an unticked, optional checkbox beside the phone field: the job application, the talent pool form, the staff request form, the colleague referral form, the dental application, the internal team application, the consultation request and the business assessment. You have to tick it yourself before you submit the form. Nothing is pre-ticked, the box is never required, and the form submits normally whether you tick it or not. The box reads:

"I agree to receive SMS communications from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions regarding staffing opportunities, application and interview updates, onboarding, credentialing, scheduling, shift opportunities, service updates, reminders, and related communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for assistance. Consent is not a condition of purchase, employment, or placement. View our Privacy Policy and SMS Terms & Conditions."

Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment, of placement, or of any purchase. You may also opt in by texting us first at (770) 525-6977, or by telling a KingdomKey recruiter you would like text updates. We never buy, rent or import phone numbers from any third party, and we never text a number someone else gave us. If a colleague refers you, we reach out by phone or email first, and we only text you once you have given us your number yourself.

3. Message Frequency

Message frequency varies with your application and scheduling activity. During an active application or placement you may receive up to 5 messages per week. Outside an active engagement, messages are infrequent.

4. Message and Data Rates

Message and data rates may apply. Standard messaging rates from your mobile carrier apply to every message sent and received. KingdomKey charges no additional fee for text messages.

5. How to Stop Messages

Reply STOP to any text message from us at any time. You will receive one final confirmation message and nothing further unless you opt in again. You may also stop messages by calling (770) 596-2707 or emailing info@kingdomkeystaffing.com.

Opting out of text messages does not affect your application, your placement, or any other way we communicate with you.

7. Privacy and Your Mobile Information

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service, is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

We obtain SMS consent directly from you, for messages from KingdomKey Staffing Solutions only. We do not buy or sell SMS consent, we do not buy third-party SMS lead lists, we do not sell mobile numbers, and we do not share opt-in lists so that anyone else can market to you. Consent you gave to another business does not give us permission to text you.

Your mobile number, your opt-in and your consent are used only to run this messaging program. They are never sold, rented, or disclosed to any third party or affiliate for marketing or promotional purposes, and they are never included in any data we share with healthcare facilities, credentialing vendors or any other partner. 8. Carriers and Delivery

Our program is available on the major US carriers, including AT&T, Verizon, T-Mobile, US Cellular and Boost. Carrier support may vary. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

9. Changes to These Terms

KingdomKey may update these SMS Terms. The current version always appears on this page with its update date. Continuing to receive our text messages after an update means you accept the updated terms.
